Working meeting between CZE MAA and SVK MAA headed by their respective directors Col Václav Čermák and Dipl Eng Maroš Klinčák was held at the 22nd Helicopter AB Sedlec, Vícenice u Náměště nad Oslavou and at the Dalešice Brewery in the days of 21st – 23rd November 2023 in order to maintain a tradition of multi-annual meetings for sharing experience and information in the area of military aviation.
The meeting was focused mainly on sharing information regarding certification of helicopter H-1, UAS systems and ATC training organization for military aviation, UAS operations, non-destructive testing within aircraft maintenance area in the Czech Republic. Airworthiness setting and adjustment in the Slovak Armed Forces and Airspace management for NATO aircraft flights in Slovakia was also discussed.
The presentation of new AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom helicopters, as well as ATS Control Tower was also organized during the 22nd Helicopter AB visit.
